RETURN POLICY

At UNCUVR, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. While we put our best efforts into delivering high-quality products, we understand that there may be instances where an exchange is necessary. Our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring that you have a hassle-free experience. NO RETURNS/REFUND IN BLACK FRIDAY SALE. ONLY EXCHANGE ALLOWED.

Please note a return fee of 150 INR (1 products) and 250 INR (2 and more products) will be applied (NOT APPLICABLE ON COORD SETS).

A return fee of ₹250 will be charged towards every Coord sets which will go towards the logistics fees.

Please note that only one return per order is acceptable.

Please carefully read the following return guidelines:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Returns are accepted within 10 days for all items starting from the date of delivery.
  • Damaged Products:
    • If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.
    • Provide clear images of the damaged product for our records.
    • We will initiate a return and refund process for damaged items.
  • Size Unavailability:
    • If the desired size of the same product is not available for an exchange, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative solution in consultation with the customer.

Quality Check Process:

  • Once the product reaches the warehouse, our agent will conduct a quality check on the returned items.
  • If the item passes the quality check, we will initiate the refund process.
  • If the item fails the quality check, it will be discarded, and no refund will be issued.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed promptly within 3-5 business days after the successful completion of the quality check.
  • The refunded sum will not include the deducted shipping cost, only the remaining amount will be reimbursed.

For purchases made during the clearance sale:

  • Returns are not accepted.
  • However, exchanges are permitted.
  • Exchange fees apply:
    • Rs. 100 for exchanging 1 or 2 products.
    • Rs. 250 for exchanging 3 or more products.
  • This policy indicates that while refunds are not available, you may exchange items under the specified terms and charges.

COD Orders are not returnable. They can only be exchanged.

 

FREE EXCHANGE - For Pan India Orders

  • We offer a 10-day hassle-free exchange from the date of delivery via our exchange portal. Please note that only one free exchange is permitted per order, and this service is available exclusively for Pan India shipments.
  • For a second exchange, a fee of Rs. 300 will apply for 1 or 2 products (covering logistics for reverse pickup and forward shipping). If you're exchanging more than 2 products, an additional Rs. 150 will be charged.
  • When exchanging, the selected product must be of equal or higher value than the original item. If you choose a lower-value product, we will issue a coupon code for the difference, which can be used on your next purchase.
  • We will arrange the pickup for your exchange, and you'll be notified once we receive your shipment. After we receive the product, your replacement will be shipped within 5-7 working days.
  • Ensure the original packaging is intact for the pickup. Exchange requests submitted after 10 days from delivery will not be accepted. If you're exchanging for a higher-priced product, you will need to pay the difference to complete the transaction.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Exchanged products cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Combo Product Exchange  Policy

1. One-Time Free Exchange*

  • A one-time free exchange is available within 10 days of delivery.
  •  Both products in the combo must be exchanged for the same size.
  • Exchanges for different sizes are not allowed under the combo offer.
  • If exchange required in a combo order under specific cases, a fee of ₹200 will be charged to cover the discounted costs.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of the request.

2.Exchanged Products

  • Products that have been exchanged cannot be returned.

3.Second Exchange

  • A second exchange will incur a fee of ₹300 for 1 or 2 products, covering reverse pickup and forward shipping.
  • For more than 2 products, an additional fee of ₹150 will be  applied.
